MARY'S COCONUT ICING 
2 egg whites
1 1/4 c. Karo syrup
1 sm. pkg. or can coconut

Beat 2 egg whites until stiff. Bring to a boil 1 1/4 cups white Karo syrup. Pour the syrup into the egg whites slowly. Beat at high speed until good and stiff... Spread it on the cake and sprinkle coconut on the cake.
