"ANGEL FOOD PIE" 
1 baked pie crust
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch (level)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. fresh fruit (raspberries, blueberries, bananas)
1/2 c. crushed nuts

Sugar, cornstarch, salt and boiling water. Bring to a boil until it thickens and turns clear.

Vanilla and let cool.

Egg whites until stiff, add cooled mixture, continue beating until thick consistency.

Fresh fruit and pour into baked pie crust. Sprinkle top with crushed
nuts. Refrigerate until ready to use.
