MEXICAN CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts (stewed and boned)
1 bag of Doritos
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
Grated cheese
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of Rotel tomatoes
Paprika

Grease a large casserole dish and cover the bottom with the Doritos which have been dipped in chicken stock. Next put 4 layer of chicken cut into bite size pieces. Add onion and bell pepper. Cover with grated cheese. Add chili powder and garlic. Pour on the soups then the Ro-Tel tomatoes. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
