DIETER'S DELIGHT 
1/2 c. pineapple chunks
1/2 c. orange sections
1/2 c. grapefruit sections
1 unpeeled apple, cored and diced
1 banana, sliced
1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. finely chopped nuts

Combine the fruits, mixing well so the citrus juices coat the diced apples and banana slices. Put in a plastic tub with a tight-fitting cover. Stir the chopped nuts into the cottage cheese and place in another covered plastic container. At lunch time spoon cottage cheese onto fruit mixture.
