CRANBERRY - NUT COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. Bisquick mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. water or milk

Combine brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon; set aside. Beat vigorously 1/2 minute the Bisquick mix, sugar, egg and water or milk. Spread in 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan, then sprinkle nut mixture on. Then spread 2/3 cup whole cranberry sauce on top and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Spread white frosting on top while warm. Makes 9 servings.
