CRANBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped cranberries

TOPPING:

1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix sugar, butter and egg together. Add flour, soda, milk and vanilla; mix. Fold in cranberries. Put in 9x13 greased pan.

Mix topping ingredients together. Swirl into dough. Bake 350 degrees 40-45 minutes.

Frozen cranberries chop great in blender.
