FLUFFY APPLE PANCAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
2 medium apples
2 large eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar

Melt butter. Add 1/2 c. sugar and the water. Bring to a boil, then add the apples and cook 15 minutes. Pour into a heavy pie pan. Beat eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt and sugar until smooth. Pour over apples.

Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, until it puffs up and is golden brown. Serve immediately. Excellent!
