LASAGNA 
1 lb. sausage links
1 lb. hamburg
1 lb. lasagna noodles
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 lbs. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. oregano
1/2 c. red cooking wine
32 oz. Ragu spaghetti sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, sliced
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook sausage and hamburg (break up sausage while cooking). Cook lasagna noodles. Combine egg, cottage cheese, parsley flakes, and Parmesan cheese. Add pepper to taste. Set aside. Add oregano, wine, spaghetti sauce and tomato paste to hamburg mixture. Cover and simmer. Butter large lasagna pan.

Place a layer of cooled noodles in the pan, spread cheese mixture over noodles, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese, followed by the hamburg mixture. Continue alternating for 3 layers, or until ingredients are used up. Cook at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Let set 15 minutes before serving.
