LASAGNA BY PATTI B. 
1 lb lasagna
2 lbs. hamburg
1 lb. ground pork
8 sausages (hot or sweet)

Brown all meats.

1 (28 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) tomato paste
1 tbsp. oregano
1/2 diced red pepper
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 chopped yellow onion
1/2 diced green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. basil

Mix one cup of sauce, 16 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese and 16 ounce Cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Mix sauce, meats, and 32 ounce Ricotta cheese.

Spread a little sauce on the bottom, layer lasagna one way in pan. Spoon on a layer of sauce, meat and Ricotta. Sprinkle with mixed cheeses. Place another layer of lasagna to cross first layer. Continue layering with a layer of sauce and a layer of cheeses. Continue until pan is full ending with shredded cheese.

Spread a cup of sauce over top and cook 40 to 50 minutes or until lasagna is cooked. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
