GLAZED CARROTS 
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. pancake syrup
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen carrots, cooked or 3 c. sliced, cooked fresh carrots

Combine butter, syrup and ginger in saucepan. Cook over low heat for 1 minute. Add carrots, mix well.
