DRESSING OR STUFFING 
20 slices bread, cubed and slightly dried
1 c. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. celery
2 c. boiling water
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tbsp. sage
1 turkey neck, cooked, deboned and meat chopped

Cook onion and celery in butter until softened. Add remaining ingredients. I used water I cooked the turkey neck in. Pour over bread cubes. Stuff turkey or bake in a casserole dish for about 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
