GREEN CHILI STEW 
6 lbs. hamburger
4 (7 oz.) cans diced Oretga green chili
2 (28 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) bottle Jalapeno peppers
12 (15 1/4 oz.) cans of Trappey's Jalapeno pinto beans

Fry meat until brown and drain grease. Add 2 heaping tablespoons of flour. Sprinkle in oregano and garlic salt. Add a little water so meat won't stick. Add Ortega chilies. Add blended tomatoes. Add Jalapeno peppers, blended. Add beans with 1 can of water for each can of beans. Cook until boiling.
