Regular size angel food cake
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. boiling water
2 env. Knox gelatin
Juice of one lemon
2 pkgs. Dream Whip

Mix 1 cup boiling water with Knox gelatin and set aside. Break angel food cake in small pieces and place in pan. Mix one package of Dream Whip by directions of package.

Mix all ingredients together except Dream Whip. Pour over angel food cake, then spread one package of Dream Whip over cake. Place in refrigerator until cool.

Then mix other package of Dream Whip and spread over cake. Then sprinkle with coconut and put in refrigerator until ready to eat.
