4 sq. baking chocolate
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Melt chocolate and butter. Beat eggs until light; add sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir in flour. Drop dough from teaspoon onto preheated waffle iron. Close lid and bake 1 minute. Remove with fork; cool on wire rack. Can be frosted.
