SOUR CREAM MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. minced onions
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
8 oz. sour cream (plus more needed to coat meatballs)
Cooked noodles
Poppy seeds
1 tbsp. dried parsley

Mix meat, egg, milk, onions, parsley and bread crumbs. Form into meatballs. Brown all sides. Remove and saute mushrooms in fat. Add sour cream, turning heat off. Add meatballs and coat with cream mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Return to heat, warming slowly. Serve over bed of noodles. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
