ONION PUDDING 
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole corn
1 c. sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lg. Vadalia (sweet) onion

Slice onion, saute in butter until soft. Set aside to cool in pan. Mix corns, muffin mix and egg in separate bowl. Add 1 cup sour cream to onions and butter. "Pam" a 9 x 13 inch pan, spread but do not mix, onions on top of muffin mix. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
