ORANGE COMPOTE SALAD 
3 oz. vanilla pudding, not instant
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
3 oz. vanilla tapioca pudding
3 oz. orange Jello
1 c. whipped cream
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (opt.)

Cook above packages with 3 cups boiling water until thick. Cool completely. Fold in the mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple. Fold in the whipped cream. Chill well.
