OMELET CASSEROLE 
10 eggs
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper
Sausage, bacon or ham (or all)
Shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Seasoned croutons

Add milk, salt and pepper to eggs; beat. Layer in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour eggs on top of croutons. Brown meat and drain, then layer on eggs. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let set 5 minutes, then cut and serve.
