ICED TEA 
Bring 2 quarts water to boil.

Add:

10 bags tea
Sprig fresh mint

Cover loosely and remove from heat. Let steep approximately two hours. Remove the tea bags and mint sprig. Add 3/4 to 1 cup sugar and stir until dissolved. Stir in 6 ounce frozen lemonade concentrate. Chill thoroughly after adding enough cold water to make 4 quarts of tea. Serve over ice cubes.
