1 box German chocolate cake mix
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips

Use all ingredients to make cake.

Bake in 350°F oven until done.
