SAUTE CHICKEN 
3-4 chicken breasts
3 sticks celery
4 green onions
1 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. butter

Cooking time 15 minutes.

Remove breasts from bone discarding skin. Saute chicken breasts in butter. As it cooks dice onions and celery - use all of onion. Add to pan. Saute onions and celery with the chicken until celery is cooked. Add wine and cover for 3 minutes. Serve.
