WHOLE WHEAT 1/2 POUND CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. raw sugar
6 eggs
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time; beating well. Add vanilla. Add flour and salt, beating thoroughly. Bake in loaf or tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Note: Grease pan completely. May also flour it. Delicious and wholesome!
