EGG AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
6 pieces of toast, spread with butter and garlic salt
6 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper
9 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine milk, eggs, and seasoning. Layer toast and cheese in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour liquid over toast and cheese. Refrigerate at least 12 hours. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
