SOURDOUGH BREAD 
1/4 c. sugar (optional)
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 c. starter
1 1/2 c. warm water
6 c. Pillsbury bread flour or white flour

Mix above ingredients - knead.

Oil large bowl, place dough in it. Turn dough over to oil both sides. Cover lightly with foil. Let stand overnight. Do not refrigerate.

Divide dough in 2-3 equal parts, depending on size of pans. Knead 8-10 times on floured board.

Put in greased loaf pans and brush with oil. Let stand 4-5 hours or longer to rise. Cover with waxed paper lightly while rising. Bake 350 degrees 35 minutes until golden brown.
