THREE - FRUIT CRUSH | |
1 c. unsweetened orange juice 1/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice 1/3 c. papaya juice 1 c. cracked ice Combine juices in a shallow container; freeze 45 minutes or until almost firm. Place partially frozen juices and ice in container of an electric blender; top with cover and process until slushy. Pour into 2 chilled glasses. Yield: 2 servings (about 102 calories per 1 cup serving). Protein 1; Fat 0.2; Carbohydrate 24.7; Cholesterol 0; Iron 1.4; Sodium 4; Calcium 22. |
