THREE FRUIT PIE 
8 sqs. graham crackers, crushed
4 tsp. melted butter
2 tsp. cold water

Mix well. Press in 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool on rack.

FILLING:

1 banana
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. strawberries, sliced
2 pkgs. Sweet & Low
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pineapple (crushed)
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. coconut

Slice banana thin; dip in lemon juice and drain on paper towel. Line pie crust on side and bottom with bananas. Evenly spread strawberry slices on banana. Take pineapple, Sweet & Low, and cornstarch. Cook until clear; remove from heat; add vanilla and pour over strawberries in pie pan. Spread evenly; top with coconut. Chill and serve.
