THREE FRUIT SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. granulated sugar
Endive and strawberries
2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
2 c. mandarin oranges, drained and diced
1 c. maraschino cherries, snipped
1 c. Royal Anne cherries, quartered
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. heavy cream

In large bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Lightly mix in pineapple, orange sections, cherries, nuts, and cream (whipped). Pour into swirl mold. Cover tightly with freezer wrap; freeze. To thaw, unwrap mold, and let stand in hot water 2 to 3 minutes. Unmold on serving plate and thaw 1 hour in refrigerator or serve it frozen. Garnish salad with endive and strawberries. Fill center with 1 cup whipped cream. Cut into wedges. Makes 16 servings.
