GRASSHOPPER CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 c. green creme de menthe
2 tbsp. creme de cacao
4 oz. sweet chocolate
1/2 c. sour cream

In small bowl mix crumbs, 1 tablespoon sugar and melted butter. Press in bottom of 8 inch spring-form pan. Refrigerate. In a large bowl mix cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Add eggs and beat smooth. Stir in creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool. Melt chocolate and cool 5 minutes. Stir sour cream into chocolate. Spread over cooled cheesecake. Refrigerate until set. Remove side of pan to serve.
