WEDDING POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, let thaw at room temperature
1 tsp. salt & pepper
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. cream of chicken soup
16 oz. pkg. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients except sour cream and potatoes. Fold in sour cream, put potatoes in bottom of pan. Pour mixture over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
