2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. grated carrots
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.

ICING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2/3 stick butter
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. vanilla
