STEAMED SHRIMP 
3 lbs. shrimp
2 lg. onions, chopped fine
3 ribs celery, chopped fine
2/3 c. oil
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
Garlic powder, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Red pepper, to taste

Season shrimp in shell with salt, pepper, red pepper and garlic powder. Put shrimp in hot oil and stir until shrimp turns pink. Add onion, celery and bell pepper. Mix well and cook covered for 15 minutes. When done, using slotted spoon, move shrimp to platter. Serve juice in small bowl, when eating such on shrimp. First peel shrimp; then it can be dipped in juice or dip juice in French bread. Serve with green salad.
