COATED PECANS 
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. pecan halves

Beat egg white until stiff; gradually add brown sugar; then vanilla. Fold in pecans. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 250 degrees; turn off heat and leave in oven 30 minutes.
