BABY CARROT BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 sm jars baby food carrots
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting: Beat until smooth; spread on cooled bars.

Bars: Beat eggs and sugar. Add other ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool and spread with frosting.
