CARROT BARS 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. salad oil

Cream together. Add dry ingredients:

2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour (can use 1/2 wheat flour)

Then add 2 jars of junior carrots (baby food). Pour in greased pan. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

8 oz. pkg. "Philly" cream cheese
1/2 stick melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Blend with electric mixer and spread on cooled bars.
