CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can (Swanson) chicken
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and put in baking dish. Melt 1 stick butter and cornflakes on top. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
