MARY BETH'S FLANK STEAK MARINADE | |
1 1/2 c. salad oil 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes 1/3 c. fresh lemon juice 2 tsp. dry mustard 2 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. wine vinegar 2 cloves garlic, crushed Score flank steak on both sides. Pour marinade over meat, turning a few times. Marinate 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Grill or broil as usual. |
