BEEF ROAST AND GRAVY | |
2 to 3 lb. roast Salt Pepper 1/2 c. flour Wash roast; place in deep pan, salt and pepper to taste. Roll roast in flour. Cover with water and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. DO NOT WRAP IN FOIL. The flour and water in the roast will make the gravy. |
