BEER CHEESE SOUP | |
1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. pkg. minced onion 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 5 c. chicken bouillon or chicken broth 10 oz. Velveeta 6-12 oz. beer Salt and pepper to taste Melt butter, add onion. Add flour and dry mustard and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chicken stock and beer and heat thoroughly. Add cheese and cook until melted and soup is consistency you desire. Salt and pepper. |
