BEER CHEESE SOUP 
1 pkg. celery soup mix
1 pkg. leek soup mix
1 pkg. French onion soup mix
3/4 lb. pub cheese (chopped in sm. pieces)
8 c. water
1 (6 oz.) warm beer

Mix soups with water and simmer until thick. Lower heat and add cheese. Stir constantly until cheese is melted. Add warm beer. Makes 12 servings. May be frozen.
