PASSOVER CHULENT 
2 lg. potatoes
1 med. potato
1 lg. onion, grated
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. cubed flanken
2 eggs

Grate large potatoes. Saute onion in oil. Add eggs, salt, pepper and onions sauteed with oil. Pour into greased pot. Slice medium potato and scatter that and meat throughout potato mixture. Put into oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Leave in oven overnight at 225 degrees or put in crockpot overnight.
