CHEESECAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. dairy sour cream (room temperature)
21 oz. can of cherries, blueberries, etc. your choice

In large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared crust, bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes until center is set. Remove from oven, spread sour cream on top of cake. Bake additional 5 minutes. Spread topping, chill overnight. Serves 16.

CRUST:

1 1/2 c. graham crackers crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine graham crackers, powdered sugar and butter in bowl. Press into bottom of 8 inch spring form pan. Set aside until ready to add prepared filling mixture.
