3 lb. round steak
3 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water

Brown steak coated with flour. Put 1/2 of steak in crock pot. Cover with 1/2 dry soup mix. Put remaining steak in and top with soup mix. Combine water and cream of mushroom soup. Pour over steak. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
