SAUERKRAUT HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. wide noodles
1/2 soup can water
1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Chinese noodles

Brown ground beef and onions. Add noodles, soup, water and sauerkraut. Put in 2 1/2 quart baking casserole. Cover with Chinese noodles. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
