GRAHAM CRACKER PUDDING 
3 c. milk
3 egg yolks (save the whites)
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

This is the pudding mixture. Cook milk, egg yolks, sugar, salt and cornstarch together until it comes to a boil and then add vanilla.

CRUST:

16 graham crackers
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. flour

Crumb together graham crackers, butter, brown sugar and flour together. Put first layer of crumbs in greased square baking dish then add pudding. Beat egg whites stiff. Add 2 tablespoons sugar to them. Spread egg whites over pudding. Cover with remaining crumbs and brown in 400 degree oven for a few minutes. Place in a square baking dish.
