SAN ANTONIO BEANS 
30 c. dried beans (pinto)
10 lg. tomatoes, chopped
5 lg. onions (whole)
6 ham hocks
1 c. chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Don't have to soak, put in cold water. Cook. Boil. Simmer about 3-5 hours. Serves: 200 people.
