ROLLED DROP OAT COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. raisins, nuts and chocolate chips

Lightly grease cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. Blend first 6 ingredients. Cream Crisco and brown sugar. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients and buttermilk small amount at a time, mix well.

Remove from mixer. Fold in remaining ingredients by hand. Drop by teaspoon, onto cookie sheet. Bake until brown. Makes about 60 cookies.
