ROLLED OAT COOKIES 
2 c. rolled oats
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
8 oz. butter, softened

In bowl, stir sugar into softened butter. Beat until very soft. Add remaining ingredients. Knead together well to form a ball. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Roll out and cut with round cutter. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
