ROLLED OATS PAN COOKIES 
1 c. white or brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. sour milk
2 c. rolled oats
2 c. flour
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream shortening, sugar, and eggs. Mix well and add oats. Mix and sift flour, salt, cinnamon, and soda. Combine with raisins. Stir sour milk into first mixture, add vanilla and dry ingredients. Mix until smooth, put into greased 8x8 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
