BANANA PUDDING CAKE 
1 or 2 small ripe bananas
1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
1 pkg. (small) banana cream or vanilla instant pudding
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil

Slice bananas into large mixing bowl, beat until well mashed. Add remaining ingredients, blend, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into a well greased and floured 10 inch tube or bundt pan.

Bake at 350°F for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool in pan for at least 15 minutes.

Remove from pan, sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
