BANANA PUDDING CAKE 
1 (3 oz.) box banana cream instant pudding
1 pkg. banana or yellow cake mix
1/2 c. (very ripe) mashed bananas
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil

Glaze Topping:

1 tbsp. milk
1 c. powdered sugar

Combine all cake ingredients in mixing bowl. Blend then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan or can use cupcake pans.

Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes for cake or 25 minutes for cupcakes. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan when completely cooled drizzle with glaze.
